Meal Support Sessions
Bring your meal, and we’ll sit down and eat together—either in person or virtually. These sessions provide a structured, supportive space to help you follow your meal plan with someone beside you who understands how challenging eating can feel.

Through emotional support, accountability, and real-time coping strategies, I help you navigate the difficult moments that can arise so you can reduce stress, strengthen skills, and develop sustainable habits over time.
