As a dietitian, my mission is to empower individuals to overcome disordered eating, cultivate resilience, and lead fulfilling lives. I am committed to providing personalized nutritional therapy and counseling services that promote long-term recovery, good physical health, and overall well-being.

Jenna's Approach

Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Jenna (she/her), and I am a Registered Dietitian with 10 years of professional experience helping individuals recover from eating disorders and disordered eating while building a healthier relationship with food and their bodies.

With empathy, compassion, and understanding at the center of my approach, I provide specialized nutrition counseling to support clients on their journey toward both physical and emotional well-being. I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where all individuals feel welcomed and supported. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I am passionate about providing care that honors and respects diverse identities and lived experiences.

My philosophy is that all foods can fit within a healthy lifestyle — there are no “good” or “bad” foods. I will never ask you to count calories or eliminate foods that you love. Instead, I work collaboratively with each client to build a personalized approach to nutrition that feels realistic, sustainable, and enjoyable.
